Dates of Service and Billing Schedule
BASIC ENTERTAINMENT SERVICE - $18.00
PREMIUM CHANNELS
FEES & CHARGES
- Processing Fee - $10 Each Time
- Remote Control $1.50 per month
- Adding A Service - $3.00 Each Time
All fees will be charged to the subscriber's University bill and will continue until the service is canceled, in-person, by the subscriber. The full replacement cost of any equipment not returned by the subscriber will be charged to the subscriber's University bill. The billing cycle is from the 16th of the month to the 15th of the following month.
Call the Campus Video Office prior to moving to another room, moving-out of the residence halls, or if you wish to change the billing to your roommate.
Subscribers will be billed for service until all equipment has been returned and the contract canceled or the billing has been changed to your roommate. There is a 30-day minimum for all services.
